Please send us the drawings and quantities to be quoted. The 2d drawings are better in pdf or dwg formats, the 3d drawings are always good to come with them. Include necessary information like the material spec, dimensional tolerances, surface roughness.
We will review your drawings and quote the prices. Sometimes we will include tooling/fixtures in the quote if they are needed.
Als u onze prijzen accepteert en verder wilt gaan, stuur dan een monsterbestelling en betaal de monsterkosten, inclusief de verzendkosten van de monsters. De kosten voor de monsters worden terugbetaald als onze monsters later niet aan de specificaties voldoen.
We controleren de tekeningen dubbel en zorgen ervoor dat de specificaties duidelijk zijn. Soms maken we de tekeningen zelf om ze duidelijker en nauwkeuriger te maken.
We will produce the samples according to the drawings and specs. A typical lead time will be 3 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of parts and if there are tooling/fixtures to be made. Then we will send the samples to you by couriers.
Als u de monsters goedkeurt, stuur dan de productieorder wanneer u klaar bent en stuur tegelijkertijd de aanbetaling. Onze gebruikelijke betalingstermijn is 30% aanbetaling vóór orderproductie en 70% vóór orderverzending. De betalingstermijn verschilt soms.
