Steel 5120 hard chrome plated piston pin
The piston pin is made of steel 5120, quenched and tempered to HRC 33-38, then plated with hard chrome.
We need to grind the piston pins twice, before and after the hard chrome plating, in order to meet the tight tolerance on the OD.
